This is a very creative way to protect your pond during a a long cold winter.  Under this portable green house is a fully functioning pond with koi.  The shelter is not heated, but there is a floating pond heater in the pond.  It adds a shell of protection over the pond from the extreme elements and reduces the harness of a northern winter on the entire water feature.
