Waiting for Spring

I write this after I just come in from checking on my pond and all that it holds .  This is something I do every weekend . I am able to do this in the middle of winter as I cover my pond with a green house. The temps have been very cold of late so even under the green house the ice has fromed to about 1 inch thick everywhere but the waterfall. The fish are still somewhat active as I can see them moving about under the ice . With the waterfall running all year round the water stays fresh. I like the rest of you get ancy this time of year , so .  My wife and I get together with friends this time of year and plan the years outings . We go to the various Garden Shows with in driving distance and this year planning a road trip with freinds to see gardens both wet and dry in the southern Ont. and northern states. There is so much to see out there that is not heavily addvertized, I hope everyone gets a chance to see what others have done, after all the best part of gardening wet or dry is sharing it with others.  I have shared some pics of mine here and would love to see  some of yours as well.
